This is more a thought experiment rather than an actual suggestion. Focus on the scenario rather than the mechanics involved (assume that everything is working as mentioned)
If a player, that is not in a PP faction, or in the same faction, does not have a bounty, or wanted status in the current system, is killed, with damage caused by another player ship, and the ship (and any other ships that were part of a wing at any point during the combat) caused at least half of the damage, and the player was not the instigator, and also did not cause at least half damage to any ship attacking it, then the attacking ship (and the rest of the wing) would also be instantly destroyed (Pilot Feds being all-powerful).
Would this cause the end of Elite Dangerous due to lack of players?
