Yes, I get the reference, I was just having some fun. I'm more used to the term necroposting/necroposter. Necromancy is "the supposed practice of communicating with the dead, especially in order to predict the future" which just seems a bit off to me. I do get the idea that necromancy can also refer to raising the dead which makes sense for a dead thread. I'm guessing the necromancer used a series of incantations and spell books to revive this thread.
How about a " PYTHON II " I would think there is enough talented CMDR. that could come with a good design for the next gen. python for Elite.
What is with all this 'balance' crap? FD doesn't give a darn about balance, and actually, intentionally, unbalanced the game with the introduction of their cherished Engineers.
It's all a load of bovine droppings IMO...
To some degree, maybe. It's not their fault tho that some choose not to use Engineers to their fullest.
First, we had the hydrogen bomb.
Then more sophisticated nuclear weapons.
Then Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.
Finally, Multiple Independently targeted Reentry Vehicles - you know, because one 30 megaton warhead just isn't enough.
Now you want fighters in pythons?
Why not Corvette Launched Pythons and just get it over with already?
Python doesn't need fighters!![]()

No, not "maybe". The whole RNG thing means that no two ships can be outfitted identically. Period.
neither does that corvette or the conda. your point?

No, first was the atomic bomb, a fission weapon. Hydrogen bombs are fusion, or thermonuclear weapons. let's get the historical and scientific facts correct if you are going to go that route. Why am I doing this? Accuracy.![]()
The fighter bay wouldn't fit in the Python. It's almost twice as tall as the whole Python.
