And let's hear them say something ! Their name, or a greeting. If I am going to have to live with their voice for a few thousand lyrs, at least let me know what they sound like before I agree the contract [yesnod]

That would be great too! They'd had to make the voices/accents varied enough though.
I wouldn't mind seeing a resume'. All well and good you were an imperial fighter pilot working off your debt. Got any references? Official kill count? Do you even have a small vessel pilots license?
Dear FDEV, please add multiple pilots of the same rank to hire to the Crew Lounge, rather than just 1 per rank. Can we have 3 or 4 rows of available crew please?
Consider this a QoL improvement. You will save a lot clicking for a lot of Commanders

Yep, good idea, way too many of them look like they're missing a chromosome. It would be good to be able to see a range of options and select the least hideous.
Lol, last night I saw a grandma looking Harmless crew advertising her services and this morning a grandpa respawned. Seriously, we enforce elders to retest for their driver's licence in their old age ... what's Frontier thinking by sending pensioners to be combat rookie pilots [knocked out]
