A few tweaks that spring to mind.
Bookmarks on the L/H panel to make them more usefull,currently i barely use them as you need to access the map first and the search function is my normal go to.
Option to take off without spinning on the pad.
The text radio chatter should be voiced including an option to turn off.
New docking request pending(queue),replacing docking request denied.
Option for auto night vision.
FSD new pending charge if destination obscured.

I've never understood the issue people have with the pad spinning. I select 'Enter Hangar' then go straight to the station menu. I do whatever I'm doing in the station and then launch, at which point I'm facing the right way. I never have to wait for the ship to be turned around.

How are you doing it so that you have to wait?

Doesn't bother me though. I'm almost managing to ignore the animation going to outfitting now - that how you can tell you play too much

1. Yes, definietely!
2. Yes, but only at outposts and planets. Not in the big starports (safety reasons, so immersion related)

4. yes, why not. But I think the docking system is not able to manage it so it may need a complete redesign.
5. I bind it to a key on the hotas so I don't care so much. I would prefer an auto-off when low/hi waking
