Quarantine bug

I’m playing on PS5, and apparently the game doesn’t recognize a quarantine. I tranquilized my ceratosaurus that had avian pox, moved them to individual, separate pens built far away from the park, and the 15-second quarantine timer didn’t start ticking down.

I am dealing with the same issue. Currently got 3 dinos in separate enclosures for way longer than 15 seconds.
Playing on PC.
