Quest 2 microphone issues with Voice Attack

Hi

Atm I am using my Quest2's mics which works perfectly with VA BUT it's a ballache getting it to work 100%. Sometimes it sends a feed to VA, sometime it doesn't and I get the notification on the top right of VA saying "no mic input."
I can always get it to work eventually but it involves opening/closing Home, opening/closing VA, changing setting in Home or VA to Windows' setting / Oculus Virtual Mic, doing a little dance. I can't seem to work out a consistent way to get it to work first time, without the ballache.

Does anyone have any ideas to get theirs working consistently?

Me too. I gave up on it. I have a mod mic and I just put one of the magnet things on the head set and use the mod mic. I think I got the quest mic to work about three times. After that I could never figure out the combination. I think it gets stuck in the wireless virtual desktop mode and it does not work there. When linked it should work but like you have not figured out to make it switch.

A year later, have they fixed the issue with the Quest's microphone over Quest Link? I'll try it out myself and can share any results, but I'm curious to know if others have any recent experience with it. It sure would be nice if it could work without one more cable for a separate microphone.
