I would like to have official response to my questions but even taking notice would be also fine, I tried to ask those questions during the livestreams but they were not answered because of the question quantity:
1. Team Missions:
Since wings update I am waiting for the possibility to share and do missions with my friends together. It was often announced to come but the internal project priority seems to be very low.
Is it so hard to implement?
Is it postponed to be part of multicrew project milestone?
Will it be available in Horizons season at all?
2. Mission rewards:
Doing Missions is fun and several types of missions are a good thing. Missions rewards are already somehow combined to rank and reputation. Doing other tasks like Trading, Powerplay and even Bountyhunting are more profitable.
Couldnt be the missions be more profitable?
Cant Cooldowns for high profit missions be an option to prevent mission grinding, if that is the fear?
Why are these new missions, like surface rescue missions designed to make only sense for new players, as they have such a low payout?
Is there a chance that ranking, reputation and payout combination calculation will be redisigned to make missions attractive to "older players" again?

I think that,
Grinding like trading, merits faming, bountyhunting is boring but lucrative
and Missions are fun but lonely and not profitable.
I would like to see that changing.
