Question regarding universal cartographics locations

I remember seeing a few station that did not have it and no way to sell data. Do most station have them? Specifically, I was going to take the 5,000 LY journey out to the asteroid base New Beginning near the Rosette Nebula and was scared that, what if they don't have universal cartographics? Does anyone know if they do or is it unlikely that they wouldn't? Thanks!

actually i don't know of a single station not having UC.

UA interference or lockdown might disable it though.

all stations out of the bubble i visited had it.

Slightly out of date, the information on here should be correct for facilities offered. All should have UC in addition. I've visited almost all of them and sold data there.

As far as I know, every station and base has UC except for some of the Engineer bases.

As far as I know all the asteroid bases and the outposts towards Colonia have Universal Cartographics services.

Thanks so much everyone! It was just one station once near the edge of the bubble that had no UC and I thought that was so odd, so of course made me think it could be a common thing. Much appreciated for the info, off I go on my adventure!

I can tell you that Colonia Dream does not have a UC. Was just there today looking to hand in data and nada.

Yeah, it's pretty rare to find facilities that don't have it. Kinda like finding outposts that don't offer refueling. Rare, but they're out there.
