Question: Why are there 6 tally ticks in the victory name plates and not the proper 5?

The answer is obvious. A six-figured man works at Frontier!

Yeah, it took all of about two minutes for this to be pointed out when it was first released, and properly mocked...

I hope someone also ragequit about it.

I noticed the other day that the Victory name plates display their tallies using 6 ticks (5 vertical and 1 horizontal) in a set before moving to the next set instead of the usual/proper 5 (4 vertical 1 horizontal).
I'm wondering if there is some sort of Lore as to why, or if this is an overlooked error by the artist?
Here's the Lore: Horizontal line is not a tally - it's just a cross out to visually group 5's together.

I know that it's not how it's usually used and probably person responsible for making the decal didn't know that, but that's how we can explain it and make peace with it.
