Quick question

Hi folks

Heading back to the bubble after a few months out and I have a question

New Guardian structures for the ship blueprints. Is it possible to land a conda at them or should i hit the bubble and get my AspX before heading to them?

I do know about the beacons and have a couple of weapons so i can activate them, just would rather land on site.

I did it once in Anaconda, but it's really hard to find good landing spot near the structures. AspX will be way better and DBX hits the sweet spot. Just don't forget to equip point defence.

Took a T-10 out there, took a while to find a spot. Can't wait till we can launch a small shuttle, land, then get out and walk around these points of interest. Rather that then driving a 4 tonne off road truck around an archaeological site..

I did all the guardian stuff in a conda.
Sometimes you have to drive a bit from the landing spot to the site, but it alway worked out.
I just prefer to have a lot of equipmend at hand for missions lke this. 4 SRVs, 2 SLFs (great for aerial reconnaissance)...

I tried it yesterday with an asp and it took a while until i found a spot, but when i called the ship to pick me up, i never recognized before that you can do the boarding while the ship is hovering above the ground and didn’t land...

If you take a small ship, then do it in style: use an Imperial Courier. As a bonus, all its utility slots are on the upper side, so no matter where you put the point defence (one is enough), it's always at the right spot. :)
