What is the difference in the park and world "shaders" in the options menu. I watched a video of someone on PC playing jp erea and they have brown dirt, I play on ps4 and I dont see a single difference between the two.....

The brown dirt you saw may have been a mod.
The JP color grading option gives the entire game a slightly orange overtone, like the films have. It makes everything look warmer.

Thx, I looked at nexus and saw a overhaul mof that gives 1993 dlc brown dirt and fallen trees.
