I wanted to let you all know about a new project I'm working on- Radio DEFCON. We're already online at http://www.radiodefcon.com (the website is almost finished but we're not broadcasting yet). I'm currently writing scripts for the army of voice actors (over 100 applications sent to me, made the front page of Reddit) who are working on the project with me. All of the sketches you see on the site were created by me (I've sketched all of our presenters/DJs and I'm doing sketches of the Powerplay leaders as well). Here's one I did of Aisling Duval, for example:
Right now I'm finishing working the website, but before too long, we'll be broadcasting 24/7. The show will be brought to you by six presenters, who all have 4-hour sets throughout the day. Everything is pre-recorded and broadcast in random order, so the mix of authentic adverts, great music and talk from the presenters will sound as though you're listening to it live.
I just wanted to get the word out a little more and let the community know what we're working on. Be sure to check back to the site often if you're interested, as we've been working around the clock to get it online as soon as humanly possible. We still have a lot of work to do, but I've already got the website to a very nice state (at least in my opinion) and we only started the project two days ago.
