Ram Tah - Decrypting the Guardian Logs

Hello. I think I need a little help. I'm trying to do Ram Tah's second mission but I got stuck after the second and ninth lore. I tried to continue scanning obelisks with the right materials in the srv cargo rack, but I did not receive any message in the inbox. In exchange, I receive the following messages: "Scan complete: Ancient Civilization Data downloaded" and "The decryption combination you have input for this codex has been accepted".
What can I do?

Is there anything in your archive?

Yes. It is.
I am attaching a picture

From the Canonn Codex:

If you do not get a ‘success’ message and you know this is a lore you have not collected then you can try relogging, or waiting and rescanning after the 30 second timeout, both have been known to work. If you received the 1 Million Credit payout for the scan then it was successful, though you may need to retake the mission of you want to receive the inbox message (these are similar to issues seen in the first Ram Tah mission).

I doubt Support can do anything other than sympathise, and won't fix the bugs, so probably not worthwhile. Sounds like restarting the mission might be the answer, though it's been a while and maybe it is worth trying the relog as that would be faster if it works.

I have some news.
At the moment I opened the thread, I was convinced that there was a problem.
At the moment I'm not so sure.
I present chronologically the locations where I have been, taken from the following site: "https://canonn.science/codex/decrypting-the-guardian-logs-lore-locations/".
At the first location (Synuefe GT-H b43-1) I received a message for Codex 2/28 and for Codex 9/28. I didn't receive any more messages after scanning the other obelisks.
At the second location (Synuefe EU-Q c21-10), a location that I took from EDSM and not from Canonn Research, I had no results after scanning the obelisks. Let's say that this location is not taken into account because it is not presented in Canonn Research.
At the third location, the second from Canonn Research (HIP 39768), again I had no results.
At the fourth location, the third from Canonn Research (Col 173 Sector ME-P d6-92), at the A07 obelisk I had no result, instead at the D01 obelisk I received a message for Codex 5/28.
This is when I started to doubt that there is a problem with the game.
It is possible that it is a problem with the game, but it can also be the fact that the information from Canonn Research is no longer up-to-date.
(I mention that I had the necessary materials in the SRV Cargo rack.)

I think I have to check the other locations to draw a conclusion.

What do you think about this aspect?

(I presented this situation to Frontier Developments as well.)

Unless the mission requirements changed for Ram Tah, the Canonn Research probably hasn't needed to be updated (unless the planets themselves changed after the EDO release).

Sorry, I'm a bit confused - the problem in this thread is about certain obelisks not giving the lore/Ram Tah mission logs when scanned with the correct items, but the issue tracker report that was linked to is for a completely different problem, specifically that the lore logs are only given as inbox messages not stored permanently anywhere in the codex/archive. So is OP's problem actually a known issue or not?

I have added the same to the issue tracker, I cannot get the following logs at any site, even after relogging multiple times:

1st Mission:
  • Biology: #3, #7
  • History: #11, #20
  • Language: #4, #12, #14
  • Technology: #4

2nd Mission:

  • #10, #17, #22, #26

How exactly are we supposed to know which objects to have in the SRV's inventory? Without knowing which objects, it's just a wild goose chase. I have gotten like a hundred messages from Ram Tah telling me that the combination of objects is wrong. I assume they have to be two Guardian objects, but no matter what combination I try, it doesn't work. I don't understand how we are supposed to know which objects...

look for the image in which it is explained Artefacts for Decrypt the Guardian Logs mission – by Zebarmy

Shine the SRV's high beams on the glyphs and it will make it easier to see the "proper" patterns - they are made up of the triangles that never flicker. From there you can either figure out which glyphs correspond to which items, or just look them up with Google...

(Also note that there are two different decoding missions - one is for ruins and the other is for structures, since structures may require additional items...)

Oh, it seems that this isn't actually a new mission. It's a very old one, which is only now popping up again for new players because of the CG.

How confusing. I thought this was part of the CG. Apparently it has absolutely nothing to do with it, nor is it anything new either.

Pretty sure the bug with the items not corresponding to the displayed glyph is quite old iirc smh
