Random Death on spawn is possible if black hole is next to the star??

Hello, i Stumbled on this system :

And when i see the black hole is quite the same distance from the sun than the distance you spawn i d like to know if some players got killed having bad luck spawning in a dangerous system?
2nd Black hole was only about 400Ly away

Hull is 91% in the screenshot above, it was 69% shortly after. I'm just glad I took a bunch of heat sinks.

The galaxy map should have more max zoom. so I could check how close secondary stars, black holes are to the main star. and decide if I wanna take the risk.

the galaxy map already shows stars further away, just not enough zoom for the closer ones!
