The sandbox options are amazing, but I am pretty confused as to why this feature was added to JWE1 but not even in a patch for JWE2.
I like to use sandbox as a quasi-challenge mode with access to all maps and all dinosaurs. Allowing us to research dinosaurs in a random order is very necessary for replayability. Otherwise for example we always start with Nasutoceratops and Ceratosaurus etc. and we don't unlock other animals until 3.5 stars etc and it becomes a rhythm, a boring cycle that is always the same until a few stars in before we can start getting creative.
How cool would it be to be able to research Dreadnoughtus at 2 stars and get it a little earlier, or start with Spinosaurus unlocked? This could be done within reason of course, like always being able to start with one of Struthi/Galli/Archaeo and with a selection of cheap other starters to not make it impossible without infinite money enabled. This was a feature that was added to JWE1's challenge mode and made it a superior version of it self with tons of replayability.
