Randomly created bookmarks

Has anyone noticed game creating seemingly random bookmark for you in one of the systems you visited?

For some time now I had this feeling that something weird was happening - I often noticed systems bookmarked that I couldn't recall bookmarking. But I never couldn't be sure if I didn't press that button by mistake, or bookmarked something, but forgotten why.
Today, before I left the game session I looked around galaxy map, trying to plan where to go next. There were no bookmarks in my vicinity, I'm certain of that. After logging in next time I see bookmarked star inside one of the systems I visited.
Again, I can't be 100% sure it wasn't me, pressing that option by mistake while looking at the system map while I was there and somehow not noticing doing that. But I should've noticed it when I looked at galaxy map before logging off.
It's starts to drive me crazy. Am I going insane?
Has anyone noticed something like this?

I noticed something like this, although I bookmarked various locations during my many voyages throughout the bubble so it’s hard to say. I’ve been telling myself I’m gonna visit all my bookmarks to see what they’re about and probably clear some out to de-clutter my map a bit.

I know this one might be hard to spot (if it is a thing), especially if you have a lot of bookmarks, but keep an eye out.

I was thinking about submitting a report through Issue Tracker, but how do you even submit a "problem" like that?
Problem:
- I think I have bookmarks I did not create.
Steps to reproduce:

I've had several occasions when that happened in the past. Quite rare issue though and i never quite understood how it happened.

The bookmarked Systems always seemed quite random, however they were always within a certain Range of where I was active using or passing the GALmap for Navigation.
Rare UI bug maybe?

Hmm. Never encountered that, although I quite regularly misclick and add systems on the galmap as bookmarks, which I then manually delete.
Sure it's not a wrong binding issue?

Yeah, I'm considering that too.
It's driving me crazy exactly because I usually think it was something I did unintentionally, so I try to be extra carefull.
And yet, once in a while, there's new bookmarked system. Usually somewhere around places I've been before, so it looks like I might've did it by accident.
But, as I mentioned in the beginning, this time I noticed the bookmark inside one of the systems nearby, while the last thing I did before logging off was looking around galaxy map. Even if I misclicked then, it shouldn't bookmark a star inside.
It's weird and I feel like the game is trolling me.
Or I'm loosing my mind o_O

Is there a key binded to creating a bookmark? I don't think there is, but maybe I've missed something. I'll look though the keybinds again next time.

There's a section in the upper left menu that if unchecked or checked, I for get which it is. Allows anyone and everyone in ones squad to post bookmarks into your bookmarks. Took me forever to get rid of all the bookmarks I got one day when the AEDC joined whatever they joined that allows one to send bookmarks to another. My bookmark section was at 100%. Thus either check or un-check the box in the squad section of the menu.
