Keeping it short and sweet, I feel a sandbox mode where you get a randomized landscape to work off of for a true terrain based park would be incredible. You would get sliders that indicate different settings such as the max height, min height, intensity in height differences and roughness in general. From then on you are given a fully custom terrain made specifically under your own preferences in which you can start your very own terrain based park.
