Yes. Notice his hands make X's yet his reflection does not. This says that Raxxla is right under your nose, everything isn't as it seems.

When you find it, you will be transported to where it is, because wherever you go, there you are.
It's not labelled RAXXLA, or anything else for that matter. You'll know it when you find it though, as you won't see it of course, because if you could see it, it would have been found long ago, so that's how you know it's the real RAXXLA when you find it.

A clue to help you get there is that when you look at the word RAXXLA in the mirror, it is transformed to appear written backwards. This means that once you find its location, you can only approach it in reverse, without looking behind you. Once you've reached the centre of its location, you need to self-destruct your ship to activate the gateway. Your Holo-Me avatar will then be pulled through a wormhole to the mirror world that is RAXXLA. Everything will look the same though, because you yourself will be inverted.
