Right click on the link in the first post and select Save As.

The Securom link no longer exists on their website. Is there somewhere else we can go to get the patch?

Closing this thread, it appears that this fix can no longer be downloaded directly, you should run the Securom diagnostic tool and presumably they will assist from there:
