RCT 3 PC RCT3: Platinum?

I was bored, so I searched RCT on IGN. The first result is RCT 3: Platinum.

Is this fake? Is it real?
Is it an expansion?
It is Wild, Soaked and RCT3 all in one?

There does appear to be a platinum release for RCT3 and I believe it does include all the expansions. A similar package has already been released in the UK.

In Germany we have a "RCT 3 Deluxe Edition", both AddOn's are included!

There is a (new) RCT 3 version, too...
No AddOn's, but only 15€. Maybe that's that platinum edition (similar to Playstation's Platinum Games).
