Good afternoon,

I work I lot, and cant always be @ my computer @ home... I have my Sophisticated mobile phone with me all the time.. but it gets used for phone calls, texting, emails.. and "GAMES"... now I would love it, truly love it if I could play ED from my phone.. will there ever come a time when I can use my phone to play ED or am I dreaming of a future that doesn't exist.. or will that future exist when I no longer exist?

I guess there might come a time when you'll be able to play Elite on your smartwatch, but... what's the point?

Aside from having no idea how you could possibly operate the 6.02*10^23 functions and keybinds from a phone... I suppose you could configure Remote Desktop and connect to your PC from your phone and play that way, some how. But... if you're working, shouldn't you be working instead of playing Elite?

whats the point!!! did you not read my post... I love playing elite dangerous but im unable to have a full PC in a backpack I can carry around.. I certainly cant afford a laptop capable of running it.. a mobile version of the game would be perfect for those who cant get to sit at a PC... im only griping because I have so much to do in the game and I cant seem to get into my chair to do it.. my friend has bought another ALT to help me engineer and get back to carcosa.. to build death fighters and win some wars.. i

I have done a remote assistance session with myself so I can log into my computer from my phone and could watch my PC with no streaming issues, only one was what you mentioned with the keys. I can have a virtual keyboard but it doesn't work with the game. If there was a way to get that working problem solved

Wait for "Elite Dangerous: Tycoon" DLC, where you can be the manager of s station.

You know, buying modules to expand to shipyard, black market, prison... paying for defenses against Thargoids, making sure economy works etc.
That should be playable on small screen.

Yeah, right. So, you're telling me that you'll be able to enjoy flying a spaceship on such small screen? How would you control it? With on-screen keyboard?
Or maybe the mobile version would need to have simplified flight model?

Even if you could play on the phone, I really don't think it would be worth it.

I understand you miss the game. At least when you get back home after being away from the game for long it will taste better. I know I enjoy it more after a while away from it. No need to water the experience down with half measures.

That's Planet Administrator and slated for release in 2023.

There was no warning when I started playing ED.. please be aware that if you start playing this game you will become addicted and the games demands will increase over time and having a family and responsibilities may leave you feeling frustrated.. please consider this when you click buy it now lol..

You could use "AMD link." (There's probably an Nvidia version)

You can remotely control your pc, including games, with on screen controls.

Good luck with the bindings though.... (You can attach a Bluetooth controller to the phone too)
