As the titles states having a hard time figuring out exactly what I'm supposed to do here. I need my drax to be released with the reaction speed modification but I cant find that anywhere

I'm stupid to anyone else that has my same problem its simply a building upgrade you add to the creation lab. Then encubate a drac. Oops

I believe Reaction Speed 1.0 is originally unlocked and becomes researchable when you're on Isla Muerta. Am currently on Isla Tacano, and it's giving me the option for the 2.0 version.
Visible under: Research -> Genetic Research -> Trait Genes.
Once you have that researched, your dinosaur fossil research for the Dracorex needs to reach the 4th tier.
