Real Money for Credits?

Are the devs lookin into this? I for one hate the stupid grind, it kills the game. But on the other hand I hate pay to win also.

Is there a way to have something like paying for a credit bonus system. Like pay for a week of +25% credit earning bonus? Or even rank bonus also +25% for a week.

Something to take the edge of this horrible GRIND. The grind is what i find most people complain about.

Or what about buying ships? Not the upgrades just the base ship?
No.

not going to waste 1 second reading anything other than the op in this thread.
The correct response for anyone that has any idea of what gaming is for, is NO, absolutely not, no one in their right mind wants a pay to win scenario.
If you have too much money, go buy a software development company and get your own game and be the winner all the time.
The idea of even suggesting it simply states' I am rich I deserve to win'

Go spend you gold on something useful, games are supposed to be fun and your idea is #1 on the list of how to make a game no fun for anyone but the rich.

another response is, obviously the game is not for you. please don't play it.
Pay attention. if its too hard or if you consider it a grind, its either not for you or you are simply no good at it and apparently don't want or know how to get better.
You fit there, so fine, you want to pay?, send me a cheque and your account info and if the cheque is big enough, I'll bring you up to what I think the cheque's value is according to my actual job's pay rate would get you time-wise.. I average $75 per hour, so it better be a big cheque.
I'm sure you can actually find lots of people that would do that for you. I would NOT. Its insulting

You realise he hasnt logged in since last year right

JFC, if you actually NEED a "Take my cash for some extra credits"... might I suggest taking a ride on the wood-chipper express?
If you can't turn 100m in an evening, without trying, you need to switch to Solitaire - this is NOT the game for you.

If OP really wants credits, he can send me a cheque for 60 USD, give me access to his ED account and I'll go fill up a Python with painite for him (assuming that FDev doesn't ban him for breaking the EULA by sharing his account). Considering that this will probably take me all of 3 hours to do (if that) and that I'm used to making ~12 USD per hour with my summer job, I'd be all for it. I need to make money for tuition somehow :p

(No I won't actually go mine painite for some donkey with more money than sense)

yet you typed total wasted letters and quoted me and no-one else.

As any good forum troll/ganker would

NO, NO, and Heck NO...
There is no sense in playing a game where you just buy everything without earning it. Most people don't think about it, but real life is a "grind" also, that's just the way it is. Without effort rewards are meaningless.

A resounding no to this suggestion from me.

If someone doesn't want to play the game but still wants the satisfaction of having things in game, that's a problem with them rather than the game.

There's also the issue that credits for real money provides a horrific perverse incentive for FD to introduce microtransaction-style limits to credit income (such as providing diminishing returns to repeated trade runs in a given day) and to endlessly increase credit costs of things to encourage people to buy the premium membership. FD should be encouraging players to play the game, not encouraging players to pay to avoid playing their game.
