For some reason I've interacted with Requiem Mortis myself a while ago and I cannot remember why in the first place. As well as getting a Party Invite.
I believe we had a random encounter at a CG bounty hunting one evening which resulted in winging up together. I shot you a party invite recently as you were still on my Friends list and I saw you online, since you didn't accept I have subsequently removed you from my list to avoid spaming you in future.
Ohhhh that's where I've seen you before. Didn't mean to not ignore it I tend not to accept party invites off those I don't know or remember.

As for where I am currently, I'm in a system next door to a permit locked system roughly 5-7k from Colonia. A "Security" permit is needed. Just seeing if there any clues round that area.
