What the hell are refunds and why am I paying more than half of what I have in ticket sales for those? My guests are not super happy, but at least intermediate and do not complain about anything specific, definitely not enough to require a refund. So why is this slowly ruining my Zoo?
I have played the beta and finances were a bit tricky in the beginning, but after waiting a bit, guests came, donated and everything was okay. Now donations seem to be quite low and those refunds really drive me to the red numbers. It's very frustrating since I don't even have a clue how to avoid those.
