register for titan material giveaway - how?

Hey! I desperately searched for a way to register as mentioned in the community goal -how do I do this registration? - 1000 thx Greeez!

Go to the mission board in a station, you'll see above the usual 2 panels (missions and passengers) the community goal panel. Sign up is marked in bottom right corner.
