Relative Mouse Toggle Key?

FDev, pretty please?... Can we have it as an option in key bindings, for us, poor kb+m users? Is that really too much to ask?

P.S. If anyone tells me how to beg FDev properly for features, I'd be very grateful.

I wish they'd bring back headlook while turning with mouse, used to be a thing, was great.
