You have an unusual monitor config, so expect unusual behavior. You second monitor makes the problem here, because your desktop is wider than you first monitor alone, so TCE expand the main panel to fit both monitors. Thats the problem i think of the zooming code in TCE/Excel. I will try to add an option to disable zooming, to check, if it helps you.

or even better,
an independent zoom variable beside the x and y of each windows that would be awesome.
You say it's open source, my experience is severely limited but I'm curious lol
What do you need to see/modify the codes ? what language is it in ?
you didn't write all of that straight in exel and/or access ???? right ?

I just did a test and started TCE after unplugging my second screen but got the same result.
so I deleted TCE and re-installed 1.33 and update 1.34, still without the second monitor and started it and again got exactly the same results ! ???
Where is the file with the zoom settings ? I tought you said it was in TCE but that can't be because I deleted all of it and started fresh !
If it a file that excels create when you first run TCE, do you know which and where ? It might be easier just to access that and modify it !

Right, enable the auto-hide option for your taskbar.
I think there will be a Z Value for each panel, when all is working. I will add the values into the panel.mdb. I have to play with it first, to check the behavior of TCE. I will PM you, if i release a test version.

One issue that cropped up earlier today, I jumped into a particular system and the Ship log gave the correct location. The Cartography screen however had me somewhere else. Not a major issue as I could just pop into that system after I'd finished scanning the one I was in.
Is there any way of resetting the "Visited" yes/no selection?
Also anyway of exporting the current Ship's Log?

Yes, through the Star System Database panel. Exporting Shiplog is not supported yet.

I had the same issue with the Commodities button.
If you are on a station, go to "Database" - "Stations" and fill in the basic data for your current station (matter of seconds).
Afterwards, the commodities tab has worked for me. I assume one has to do this only once per station which is not contained in the database yet.
No clue about auto-destination here too, its always pointing to the same system...

So I added data for my current station...i assume it saves itself as there is no option.
Tried the Commodity button again...no luck. Still does nothing.
I also noticed that the Commodities button under the Database tab does nothing either??

Hello,
there is a Save button in the Station Database panel, but you have to enter all fields first. It is next to the Hide button. When saved, you can enter the Commodity panel to fill it with prices.
The Commodity Database button is temporary inactive, because of translation issues.
When you click on the destination panel, you can select a new trade station for your destination. But when you activated Auto-Destination (please check the Options panel for the switch), TCE selects automatically the best profit destination. So add more stations with prices to your database.
I also added a step by step description into the FAQ section for the first run of TCE.

Just added the new version of Elite OCR with 1.34b. Scanning and values being added to the commodity screen correctly. They are being saved and will be displayed again by opening the Commodity panel.
The trade panel, when opened, is showing old values and when I have both the Trade and Commodity panel open at the same time, they are showing completely different values.
Old ones in the trade panel, new ones in the commodity.

Yep, it was reported earlier. Will be fixed next update.
I think you didnt installed it correctly, please install the full-version first and thereafter the newest update.
