I'm really liking your concepts, but I would personally make a few changes to the animal picks. I'd remove the Water Chevrotain and Capybara from the list, primarily because the capybara could be fitted into another pack of some variety (herbivore pack perhaps?) and I can't find much on the Chevrotain still existing in captivity. The other three are excellent choices in my opinion though, and I'd love to see them ingame some day.

How I'd structure the pack:
Alligator Snapping Turtle
Red-Legged Seriema
Saiga Antelope
Spectacled Bear
Tuatara (Exhibit)

I like the concept of living fossils, and have had similar thoughts myself. I’d choose a couple of different species though:

Habitat:
Echidna or platypus
Hoatzin (if aviaries are a thing by then)

Exhibit:
Any / all of...
Australian lungfish
Wet
Tuatara
Alligator snapping turtle


plants:
Wollemi pine
Cycads
Lots of other possibilities

I don’t really want animatronics though: I’d prefer some more education boards or similar.
