Remote POI

I'm about 3K LY from the bubble, and en route to the 5K LY for Palin. I am religously scanning all systems, and while I locate a lot of geological POI, I'm not finding anything like ancient riuns, alien sites, etc.
Has anyone located non-geological POI this far from the bubble, and if so, are they picked up by the Chapter 4 FSS?

Space legs and Player bases
Atmospheric planets.
More SRVs, more roles for Them
More stuff for SLFs, like landing and handing in data at outposts.
More small ship content: small only bases and outposts with rares etc.
Sending ships ahead instead of calling.
Interior customizations, luxury, beat up, abandoned etc.

Combat is already well fleshed out.

The Guardian structures are not generated randomly, there are certain areas where they appear, even if there are places first discovered in 3.3.
