Remove all extras from missions (Cargo/Commodities etc)

Yes there are loads of threads asking for it but my reason is simple:

I want it removed because if I fly a Sidey with a SRV instead of any Cargo racks some missions with cargo cannot be turned in (They don't appear on the mission board until I fit a cargo rack). Also commodities are equally as pointless, just hike up the credits and make a black market for commodities at certain areas around the galaxy this would help small ship cmdrs and get pilots moving around the galaxy.

I'm still trying to figure out why the minor factions are determined to hand out Tchotchkes at us when we do a mission for them. While there are times I might want the materials for the engineers and when I was unlocking Qwent -- Modular Terminals -- but I'm doing it for the money... Nothing more, nothing less.

Even give us the ability to forfit the cargo..stations across the galaxy must be littered with disguarded cooling hoses etc dumped by CMDRs.
