To become 100% allied with any superpower ever is a minor goal (for me). It changes nothing in the game that's clear. I am also not disappointed. Nothing ...

It is only one tiny point on my road map and if I can not reach it, so what? It is not me but the game design which gives this border. Accepted .. next point!

I was wondering why I am not able to go higher than 80% and why I am dropping back to 75% within in few days. Now I know and that's it.

Frontier did me a favor when they shifted importance away from superpower rep. I used to be a bit obsessed with staying at 100% which kept me logging in. Now with allied status requiring 90% (vs 80%) with a high decay rate, for me it's not only unimportant but futile. Now I don't have to give a second thought to when I log in nor do I have to waste my play time trying to regain something I had just a few days prior.
