Following a thread elsewhere, I thought it would be nice to have messages in the mother tongue alternating with another in accented English, just like in Airports today.

Might be nice to hear different voices anyway, I noticed Voyagers 1 and 2 used different languages, could add variety to the stations by mixing up soundscapes .. making the whole "more exotic"?
