Hmm, I thought my pull was broken, but it seems the feed itself isn't updating.
For me the RSS feed matches what's on http://www.elitedangerous.com/news/galnet/ . Of course the last two items are out of order on that page itself compared to the timeline of them appearing in the RSS feed (and I'm fairly certain that they did appear in reverse order with quite some time separation)!Hmm, I thought my pull was broken, but it seems the feed itself isn't updating.
Sanna and Dulos Independence Movement News In contrasting news reports from the Sanna and Dulos systems, reporters revealed the latest on the independence movements in those systems. The Federal-supporting factions in the Sanna system are comfortably holding their ground and local commentators believe that their efforts to leave the Federation will soon collapse. In Dulos the independence movement has gained more traction thanks to the efforts of the Dulos Defence Party and their supporters. It is reported that independent pilots from around the region are providing support for both sides in the struggle.
I'm seeing all entries back to, and including "Bombing of Panem Resumes" from "Sat, 10 Jan 2015 07:00:00 +0000" in the raw RSS URL. Are you sure this isn't your RSS reader getting confused by the sudden move to current-time pubDate entries and not thinking anything is new because they're all older than the last year 3301 entry it saw ?Aaaand now it's completely broke.
They've changed the way they're presenting GalNet news, having it split up by calendar date, with an option to see latest (maybe the last two days or so). Like it, very compact and easy to find something now.
But that's broken the RSS feed (and of course 3rd party scrapers, but they'll adapt). I would presume that whoever does the website knows this and is working on it, but in case they didn't consider it...your RSS pickup doesn't like the new format, so there is nothing there at all now.
