Requirements to produce CMM Composites

I did the surface Outpost 1st and wound up with limited quantities of CMM, around 5000 I think. So I added a refinery within 300km and that boosted the quantity, then I added a 2nd refinery also within 300km and now I have almost 127K CMM Composite and 109K Ceramic Composite. I renamed the Civilian Outpost "Composites Central" after I tried to land on a Refinery . And thanks to EDMC some of the other factions have been coming by to help themselves which is fine with me. So now I have lots of Aluminum, Steel, and Titanium both on the ground station and in the nearby Coriolis Station that orbits the Rocky Moon. BTW, I have something like 6 Biologics on this moon and it didn't seem to affect the CMM production.

Starting yesterday morning after I bought the Panther Clipper I'm working on boosting the Low Security status of this system. I went to an icy moon that was the furthest away and built a Ground Military Installation. This morning I still have Low Security but I'll wait for the tick tomorrow (Thursday) before anymore building. I have the Panther setup for 1232 Tons (no shields) and boy does having 57% more capacity than my Cutter really cut the hauling time down. It handles better than my T9 but not as well as the Cutter. I haven't been interdicted yet so I'll have to wait and see how well it can escape interdiction.

As most of the newer ships do the Panther handles well in SCO boost. I may try to develop the 2nd half of my dual sun system that has a bunch of landable HMC worlds 14K LS from the 1st Sun.
Yep, I checked Inara for vulcanism, but I forgot to ask about biologic signals. That probably cut initial CMM production 50%.

OP gave the system in their original question: https://inara.cz/elite/station/911478/

Refinery: 460%
Ag: 220%
TF: 140%

Coriolis have strong link with surface settlement (T1 port I guess)
That T1 port have I think two strong links with two refineries on that planet.

Only T1 port will have CMM and Ceramics, Coriolis will never have CMM, Ceramics but have Insulating Membranes.

Pitty only the architect can see strong and weak links overview in his system.

I colonized this system solely for the CMM/Ceramics production. I would like to have all the building materials needed for colonizing available in my Squadrons 5-6 systems.
To boost system security I built a ground military base and then an orbital one nearby. These are located as far as possible away from CMM production. As I was trying to finish the orbital installation I found I needed a small amount of several different items. I figured it was quicker to go to the Trailblazer Promise 100LY away and get everything vs. jumping around 4 or 5 nearby systems. So I took my brand spanking new Panther Clipper, added a FSD booster, and made 3 jumps (Pre-Engineered G7 FSD) . Surprise!! Trailblazer was wiped out. I got what I could and still had to jump around in my T8 to visit medium pad stations. I suspect the sudden glut of Panther Clippers has drained the Trailblazer ships.

My next priority is to gain control of the systems I colonized so I'll be doing influence missions & wars. Once we control our systems I may go back to building again as we could use some Industrial and agriculture bases.

I've read some Trailblazers still have stock, if not help yourself at my system if you need CMM/Ceramics:

It's the 4th moon below the 1st ringed gas giant, the base's name is "Composites Central". The moon is orbited by a Coriolis station named "Collins's Pride". Both the surface base and station have lots of Aluminum, Steel, and Titanium.
