RES spawn rates are poorly...

I mean compared to a big Wanted ship that would give around 50,000 - 100,000 credits for destroying it, you have to waste MORE bullets/cannon shots etc. on a CZ just to get around 10,000 - 20,000 for the same kind of ship.... Maybe not a straight up deficit, but a HUGE waste of time if you want to make a good amount of credits/hour...

yeah, you can engage things quicker, but the added armour they have just increases the time it takes to kill anyway. The slog is still there.
 
iirc it's 64k for a conda in CZ. Add to that ships are spawning constantly and there is no idle time.
Python in CZ is 52k. Python in HRES is 150-250k before Powerplay bonuses (+20-100% depending on rank). So yeah, CZ is way more fun, but the credits are not there.

But the spawn rate and consistency is there. And that's the point. Also afaik PP bonuses do apply to CZ.
 
Still not fixed. Goddammit.

Apparently there's players around who say "hell yeah, HI-RES is so awesome, 12 mil an hour, blahblahblah".
Then there's players like me who say "what the #$!& is going on? Nothing but cobras with 20k bounties."


So really, what can I do? I've "reset" the instance a couple dozen times and nothing changed. I literally get no big ships, no big bounties in a HI-RES.
So my next option: go into supercruise.
Problem with THAT is... I then have to fly around in supercruise. 99% of the "wanted" ships in there have a 20-30k bounty. That really is not worth the time to interdict and kill them for.
And the one Anaconda I did find... was so overpowered I could not kill it.


So where is the money in bounty hunting, huh? I'm confused. Why the heck did it get changed for the worse, if I could already barely come by as a mediocre BHer before 1.3?
