Revive Teammates - Needed, but keep it simple

Was about to come here and suggest this myself, so I'll just add a +1!

100% support a revive mechanic.
Nice and simple, run up to a fallen team member and have a button to "revive using medkit" which takes, I dunno, 10 seconds, uninterrupted.
Also the ability to transfer a bit of power using the energy link tool, in case they actually died of power failure. Otherwise they'd just die again. 😂

Bingo.

To me, the best part of this solution is how elegant and effective it is in its simplicity. Star Citizen have WAAAAAAAY over-thought their medical gameplay. We can have something that is much more friendly to the players, and so much easier to make.

Well, I think it CAN be a bit deeper - for example medical suit with syrenge gun that gives you option of distant reviving your teammates or healing them, but overall revive is just a must have in odessey.

We have medpaks - just let us apply it on our teammates.

Once me and my friend were in raid in mafia's settlement, we were in heavy gunfight and I was aiming at them with my reliable plasma shotgun.
My friend decided to advance and caught all the pellets.
And I wasn't able to return him into the fight.
That was a bruh moment.
 
Out of curiosity, I checked out the healing/revive mechanic in SC.

People weren't kidding when they are saying how convoluted it is.
Yeah. It's absurd, and they're planning to make it more absurd by making it make your character die if you have to regenerate too many times. Back to the character creator, remake your character, rename him, inherit your previous character's belongings...

Don't get me wrong, I backed SC, love a lot of what SC is trying to accomplish but, in this one area, d'ya think they might have over-thought it a little?!

We have medpacks. Let us use them on our fallen teammates, FDev. That one change, all by itself, would make the ground game soooooo much more appealing.
