General Gameplay Rework of Ranger Teams

Greetings everyone.

I hope to be putting forward a decent idea.

My idea, the rework of ranger teams (the details of which follow later into this post) stems from the first Jurassic World movie.

So let me get into this. What are my proposed changes and suggestions in a TL;DR fashion:
  • Add service roads (as seen nearing the end of the movie, and also seen when the T-Rex Paddock is opened.)
  • Create new gameplay behavior for RT's that if a service road is available, or leads them as close as they can to their goal, it uses said service road.
  • Gates can remain the same, and maybe a bit overkill, but give a minor "scenery" or "surrounding" negative rating for gates within range of attractions and/or buildings otherwise used by guests (as it can be seen.)
    • Similarly for visible service roads.
      • Visibility is determined by whether or not it is in range of a civilian building as well, and isn't walled off.
  • Allow service roads to be walled off, and add service gates (or keep the regular gates that work on them. I prefer service gates with a brownish tan with big "STAFF ONLY" on it or something, as a design idea.) to allow access to main parts of the park.
  • Add minor rating decrease for visible service vehicles. (Overkill, perhaps, feedback on this suggestion will tell me that.)

So what brought on this suggestion?

I love dividing my park up into sectors. A full utility sector with power, and all of the operational buildings. Minus side of this is that I often end up with a relatively long drive time for critical issues, such as sick dinosaurs or broken fences. I'd like to think I'm not the only one who prefers a nice, streamlined park and having all your useful buildings bunched up in one place. Not only that, I truly appreciated that scene in the Main Street Attack.

If it's necessary to add further information, or if anyone has questions, I'm more than happy to answer them here.
