Right before I leave for Beagle check my rig!

I think there isn't in-game, but if you're funning EDD or EDMC you could check your fleet and its load-outs on EDSM.
You can look up the mod details for your current ship's equipment in outfitting, but if you're looking at your other ships via the shipyard, then you can only see if a module is modded or not, not their details.

Also, about the Dolphin: it would be somewhat OP if it had a universal class 5 internal slot, but for passenger missions (which is what the ship was designed for) it's great that such a small and cheap ship can fit a luxury cabin. Those only come in size 5 and above.

A rate the PP
ditch 2 heat sinks. just take one.
wow that 5 internal optional slot is nasty bad.. craptastic. just leave it empty.

I'm pretty sure cargo bays are massless when empty, so may as well leave that in there in case he finds, say, occupied escape pods while roving.

Quick update:

I installed the 3A pp, with mod's removed to increase the integrity and adjusted module power assignments as suggested.

I can now sit scooping at any star and never exceed 66% heat - amazing advice guys and thanks :D

I've just completed a Jaques to Beagle to Jaques trip and didn't need a heatsink once (didn't have any heatsink launchers fitted anyway).

I recently jumped into a system where I was sandwiched between two stars and a third one was very close by. I overheated up to ~210% before I could get away. Since I had no heatsinks on me, I suffered some fairly extensive module damage, and some hull. The AFM took care of that, but my hull was still left around 85%. Some heatsinks would have helped avoid that.

So, since you are going far, and you have featherweight heatsinks now, I'd recommend bringing them. Personally, I'd likely only bring one, although I would have spent them all in that one encounter. Up till Beagle Point, you're highly unlikely to run into a scenario where you'd need +0.18 ly, especially since you could just synthesize a basic FSD boost anyway. Getting cooked by dangerous stars is also very unlikely, but it can still happen.

My HSL's weight 0.26t each. Ditching all of them gives me an extra 0.18 ly... will I need that?
Heh, no. It looks like you'll get there just fine.
I took a 2 bay SRV hangar with me, but didn't bust up the SRV at all, so I'm going to refit my SRV bay for a 1 bay version.
Adding a fighter bay and fighter took 2ly off my Anaconda's range.

cant go anywhere without heatsinks. yesterday had to make arround 30 jump trip in my courier and i run out of all 4 heatsinks and still suffered 3-4% module damage, and thats considering my "jet" is equiped for running quite cold
im so inpatient when it comes to fuelscooping

Update:

I guess the answer to my earlier question was "Yes"!!
