Yes - so best bet would be Agricultural economies relatively close to Riedquat. They're no more likely to have the source missions than any other Agri, but it'll be a lot quicker to complete the ones they do have.
still not seein anything. are there any specific faction states that would make this commodity pop up in missions like this? going along with a "low crop yield" station or system
or more like certain faction states that would "block" these kinda missions from coming up?
I had one of these the other day, I think it was Marshall station in Riedquat that I found some for sale in. Filled my cargo hold and made a decent profit on the overflow, too.

Source and return missions can show up anywhere, and ask for any good that the station demands - and there are 25 non-mining goods which Agriculturals import.
I saw two Rockforth Fertilizer source and return missions at Noguchi Terminal in Panorua last Thursday (i.e. not long after patch 3): wing missions, one for 1100 tons for Cr 39 million, one for 1500 tons for Cr 50 million.
At first I thought it was some lingering bug from the mission board workaround, but I was able to accept them, I ran the missions, and they paid out as advertised.
Haven't seen any others before or since.
