General / Off-Topic Rogue one is a rip off of space balls. So is the rest of star wars.

Just realized the obvious about rogue one. But if you look at snoke and the rest of star wars, so is it. This explains snoke and the ring. He literally represent yogurt like in the scene where he stands in front of his statue. The wizard of oz referencing.

Did disney hire mel brooks and simply give him the pen name of Rian johnson and then hire a guy as a standin because mel brookes is too old to move around and do stuff?!

So, what scenes from space balls will be in the last star wars movie?!

I'm also pretty sure fin is a rip off of, "Space Quest!" May the janitor be with you. Roger Wilco out!!

You'd be surprised how many movies do that. One that comes to mind is Avatar, which lifted several scenes from the animated children's movie Fern Gully that literally went on for several minutes, scene for scene for scene. Another was Bram Stoker's Dracula which lifted sever whole scenes from Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Ahhh Avatar, the story of a marine who betrayed his species so he could bump uglies with an blue alien cat woman. Or....err... Bump hair....tendrils...? Makes you wonder what is happening when he .....plugs in... with the flying lizard...
