Route Plotting in the Core: an explanation

Hm, that's interesting. As far as I can tell, route plotting the core has been fixed on the PC since 2.2 (as far as I can tell), didn't expect the errors to pop up on consoles. In that case, the method should still work though.
 
Any changes to the above method(s)?

I'm getting this on PS4, and FDev Support directed me to this thread. So yeah i'm bumping it, as it appears to the official response, but is buried :p

As far as I know the method still works. I have noticed that it does slow down especially as jump ranges increases. The last run I did I had one plot I choose a different star because it was taking so long, during the same run I ended up plotting to a star close to Sagittarius A* because it was taking so long even though I was only 6 or 7 jumps away under 300ly. Most of the plots that I did plotted probably around 10 maybe 20 seconds

Most of the time I am plotting close to my magic number and also I will also be plotting using the filter
