Please, I need some your help. Maybe from ingeneering side.
So I just got my X-56 Rhino HOTAS and just from box it have few defects. One is not very important, okay. But reason why I starting this thread just in second defect.
So: as you know, any throttle have range from -1 to +1 and have 1024+ points in this range. So in my situation I have a range between +1 to 0. After 0 I instantly got -1. So 50% of range just missed for me. On two throttles same problem.
Do you have any ideas how to fix that? I'm afraid it's not software problem...

p.s.: I'm sorry for mistakes, my native language isn't English.
p.p.s.: due hard political situation in my region I can't send HOTAS back and ask about replacement. :<
