So I figured out the problem to my throttle control.
I downloaded the Logitech DXTweak2 Utility. When I ran it it turned out to be a calibration problem that the Saitek software wasn’t picking up on.
So thanks to that I now have a fully working, fully calibrated X45 Hotas. This is the link here.
