I Have Just learned that you must keep an eye on what systems you jump into. Making my way back to Beta Hydri from the outer edges with a load of exploration data, brain on autopilot I did not take in the name of the next system I was passing through, jumped in and started fuel scoop Bang interdicted so I submit and promptly blown away 800,000cr insurance and an unknown ammount of data dosh gone, the System was LUGH. my own fault but CMDR Mari**C******** is on my personal SH** List, not that I will be able win but I can dream. :eek:

Man I feel your pain. Its always worried me but what I would do is on your return journey, switch out to solo mode and usually the NPCs are a lot easier to shake.

Dont let it put you off though. I've had many set backs in game and raged a few times but keep going and dont give in.

Cmdr Serrel Good point about solo returns, I trade rares solo as I am doing at the moment to make up my losses, Cmdr YoBuck thanks for the offer, but once bitten twice shy, But if you should run into Cmdr Mari***Co******* please say hi from me with every weapon you have Lol

in most other systems I would agree that unwarranted attacks that lead to the destruction of a ship needs to have a more severe and punitive action taken, but in this case it was my own fault for blundering into a war zone where all are targets are fair game. War zones and anarchy systems should remain free fire zones.
