Saving Bug

Hello everyone, I'm playing F1 Manager 2024 on PS5. Now I started my season in 2030. Suddenly I got the error message that my storage space is full and I could no longer save my game. So I deleted some things on my hard drive. It still didn't work. So I restarted the game to call up the last score in the 2029 season. But now it's all gone. Apart from my paintwork, I have nothing left now. I find it very depressing and a restart wouldn't be satisfactory either.
Is there a solution? I hope I can at least fix a possible error with this message.

Greetings.

I'm having the exact same issue. Originally it started at the beginning of the 2028 season, very long story short after a heap of trial and error I discovered that if you change both car livery and driver suits the error would appear at the pre season testing, where as if you changed only 1 there wouldn't be an error. Fast forward to the Mexico GP and its happening again. There's no point in continuing because if I go another few seasons and the playstation shuts off or someone closes the game ill lose everything. I've tried deleting all save files and downloading again from playstation cloud, reinstalling the game, going into safe mode and clearing cache, rebuilding the database and repairing storage. I've tried turning auto sync off there is nothing that seems to fix it. Can someone from Frontier please help with this or even let us know if it's getting sorted? People throw the term "gamebreaking" around a lot but if I can't save my games anymore then I simply can't play it anymore. Thanks in advance.
