The game is installed on a computer. Your commander account is linked to an email address. You don't install under an email address. You can have the game files installed on multiple computers, this does not affect your commander account on Frontier's servers. You may be asked to reverify if you switch machines while accessing the same commander.

They might be using User Accounts on the PCs - that is what I assumed so I couldn't give an opinion as I don't do that.
Email accounts associated with Fdev I imagine, Outlook and Gmail, one pc, one xbox, one for each account? More than that, I have no idea about switching accounts or a n other!
You can make a copy of the EDLaunch.exe file and use that for one account and the other for the first. No need to log-out or go through the verification rigmarole again each time - I rename mine with the commander name and put a shortcut on the desktop for each one. This uses the same installation, you just need to copy that one file, the system remembers your login again after you use it the first time.
