Scenery of my project Königsfreuden

I have a 100% African elephant and he just barely clears 4m on the entrance to his elephant house. So I’m guessing a camel probably a 3m size wall.

Well that's the problem with the camels in the game (and probably other animals too). They should be around three meters in hight at the hump and head (hight of the withers is 1.75 for female and 2m for males according to zoopedia) but they are hardly bigger than the humans in the game (they look tiny! next to the keepers). So either the humans in the game are all giants, or there is something fishy with the zise of the camels.

The best part of being a lousy builder in PLanet Zoo is, that you can make huge progress and actually see it. I never shared my entrance gate, because the old one was simply terrible. So I searched for a good reference pic and build a new one (loosly based on the ref pic).

If you are interested inthe terrible old entrance, you can see it on my Instagram.

By the way: I love off-grid wall pieces. Wish we had them with every on-grid wall piece. Would make my life easier. Plus off-grid roof pieces and I could die a happy death.

While I updated my Instagram account, it took me quite a while to do so here. Main reason was, that uploading and resizing pictures for the forum is a pain in the poomachine. I'll try a different posting method now, which should work much faster and let you all enjoy Königsreuden in its full beauty, even if you do not enjoy Instagram.

I worked on the castle garden last week:

Translationof the sign: "The king wishes all visitors of the castle garden to enjoy their meal! For people everywhere to enjoy a good meal in the future, you can donate to king Gregors organisation "Kaiserschmarn" in the castle garden."

Currently I'm working on aGiant Panda habitat, which might take me some time to finish, as things going as planned.

While you are here, I have a question for the german-speaking players among us: Do you watch Planet Zoo lets plays and would you be interested in watching Königsfreuden?
A fair disclaimer: I would like to share my thoughts with you on YouTube. However, I wouldn't share speed builds yet, as I am too bad at building still and you would watch me ripping everything appart three times in a row :D It would be more of a tour, idea sharing, planning, until I get better at building. And it would be in german for now as I honestly would have toget comfortable with speaking in public in general and then be comfortable with my grammar mistakes and my accents in english :D

So, curious if it would be something you would be interested in. And to all you YouTubers reading it: I am a freshman in video edditing, so software tipps and tutorial tipps are highly appreciated. Also tutorials to make an intro,if you can find a good one.

I follow some zoos on Youtube - not so much gameplay, because it is time-consuming, but I like speed builds and tours/explanations. So I'd absolutely check out your videos :)

Thanks for sharing the video! I didn't have the time to watch it completely (listening to someone while writing a text is too confusing), but I really like your concept and the story you're telling. And the zoo has a very coherent style! And don't worry about the way you're talking, I found your voice very calm and easy to listen to :)

Thanks for the nice feedback! :) I'm not very confident in my voice, so it's good to hear that it's not annoying. And I totally get you, I also can't listen to spoken words while I write.
