I see what Mobius is getting at and I tend to agree if your a hard core Dr Who fan.....Nothing to do with politically correct but for me its a bit like the Santa Clause thing.....That's just the way he is...If you went down that route then you would have to go Chinese, etc as well or someone else would kick off.....
Its the way things are and the way the Doctor was created back in the 60.s

Huh, for some reason I've always thought that was Chris Rock (as did the google search I did for that pic). I'll have to go and do some mental re-tuning now.
Yep Hugh would be immence as the Doctor, it would'nt surprise me if it actually happened.
