We have search for crew on board but do not have feature to find a wing for anything.

it could be useful for PP 2.0 in order to protect traders on route or help push some system together
find mates to finish some missions which is to hard for one person.
etc

Yes, some form of immediate group finder would be nice. Not a global galaxy wide tho, something like current system and systems in 20-30 ly radius.
